Information we collect
- Contact details you send us, including name, email, company, role, message content, and files or links included in an inquiry.
- Basic website and analytics data, including page path, referrer, campaign parameters, approximate device or browser context, and a short browser-session identifier.
- Amazon Ads and Login with Amazon authorization data, if an advertiser grants access, including authorization tokens, advertiser profile IDs, account metadata, campaign structures, keywords, targets, search terms, budgets, placements, and performance reports made available through Amazon Ads APIs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide advertiser-authorized Amazon Ads reporting and analysis, maintain access security, troubleshoot the site, and meet legal, tax, compliance, and platform requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information or advertiser account data. We may share limited data with service providers that operate hosting, analytics, secure storage, reporting systems, and communication workflows. When Amazon authorization is involved, data may move between Upper Supplies and Amazon services as needed to authenticate access and provide advertiser-approved reporting or analysis.
Retention, access, and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed for the business purpose, service relationship, platform requirement, or legal obligation that justified collecting it. Advertisers can revoke Amazon authorization through their Amazon account or by contacting us.
